Take a LEAP into outdoor adventure, a LEAP outside your comfort zone and a LEAP into a unique camping experience! A LEAP camper will discover everything she wants to be while participating in incredible Guiding activities, making memories, developing confidence and leadership skills and making new friends from across Ontario and Nunavut.

Activities may include:

  • Rock climbing
  • High ropes
  • Archery
  • Hiking
  • Swimming
  • Canoeing
  • Kayaking
  • STEM experiments like robotics
  • And so much more!

Who can attend LEAP 2025?

LEAP 2025 is for second-year Guide-aged girls and older (Guides born in 2014 through to Rangers born in 2007). Girls who are 10-17 years old by December 31, 2024 are eligible to attend LEAP 2025 as campers.

*Rangers who are 18 years old at the time of camp can either attend as a participant or join in as adults, provided their adult membership screening is complete.

Can out-of-province units attend?

An invitation has been sent to all provincial councils. Please reach out to your provincial council to apply for your unit to attend LEAP 2025.

Can international units attend?

Thank you for your interest! Currently, we are not accepting international units.

Cost

Girl registration fee: $995 plus HST
Guider registration fee: $400 plus HST

Registration fees are include meals, transportation to and from Doe Lake Girl Guide Camp and all programming.

Doe Lake Girl Guide Camp

Near Huntsville, Doe Lake Girl Guide Camp features an expansive waterfront and trail system on 641 acres of property. The waterfront plays host to several boating programs and a sandy beach that is terrific for swimming and sandcastles. An amazing high-ropes course and climbing wall have been favourite spots for campers. Doe Lake has been creating happy camper memories for almost 70 years!
