Join our team of Cookie Receivers

Are you interested in joining our team of Cookie Receivers in the spring?

For the upcoming spring campaign, we are looking for new delivery locations and Cookie Receivers across Ontario particularly in or close to:

  • Oakville
  • Etobicoke
  • North Bay
  • Stouffville

  • Role of a Cookie Receiver

    A Cookie Receiver does not have to be a member of Guiding! We have family members, friends and local business owners that assist with deliveries each campaign.

    A Cookie Receiver will:

    • Have a location where cookies can be stored in a clean, cool environment.
    • Have space available for at least 100 cases of cookies and a willingness to receive other unit orders.
    • Complete a Police Records Check as well as our Non-member Volunteer Application Form (A.7) if you are a non-member volunteer.
    • Be available from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on the date of delivery to accept the delivery. We are given no set time as to when the delivery will occur until two to three days before the scheduled delivery date.

    If you or someone you know would like to join our team of Cookie Receivers, please send an email to with the following information:

    • Contact information (email and phone number)
    • Delivery location address
    • # of cases you can receive at your location
    • New or returning Receiver
    • Pallets to be left on site or pallets to be taken once delivery is complete
    • Special Instructions (directions, days of the week not able to receive, office or home, etc.)
