Steps to complete a nomination:

Step 1: Complete the Guider of the Month Nomination Form

Step 2: Upon completion of the form, click on the submit button and the nomination will automatically be submitted for review by the Ontario Girl Forum.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email that your nomination has been received.

Helpful Hints for completing the nomination form:

• Have a few examples of how this Guider has made a positive impact to your Guiding experience

Each month one nominee is chosen as the Guider of the Month and the recipient is posted on the Ontario website. She will also receive a letter from the Provincial Commissioner.
