Process for Team Award

For Team award applications, only one application is required for the entire team. Please do not submit a separate application for each team member. 

Steps to complete a nomination:

Step 1: Go to Ontario Council’s online award nomination site and:
- Create a user account (if you have not done so already)
- Log in

Step 2: 
- Complete application
- Upload (in word format) two letters of support describing the service to Guiding. An optional third letter may also be included.

Step 3: Submit application and letters (you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used to create your user account).

Step 4:
Your award application will be reviewed by your ACL.

Step 5: An email will be sent to you once your award has been approved.

Step 6: Upon approval of the award, purchase the Team Award pin from the Guide Store and present award, including copies of the nomination letters.
