Unit Banking - how to become a Unit Treasurer

All units, Guilds and Independent Trips in Ontario and Nunavut use Ontario Council's Centralized Banking System for all revenues and expenses.

New Treasurers

  1. Complete the Centralized Banking Authorization Form
  2. Receive and review New Treasurer Orientation document via an automated email. (an automated email sends the links within two business days).
  3. Complete the quiz and score at least 80%*.
  4. Receive emails with your login and password.

    * - If you do not score 80%, you will receive an email with your score and a request to either review the document again or take the online training prior to completing the quiz again.

  • Treasurer training webinars are available through the events calendar (recorded as TEAM training in iMIS)
  • Treasurer orientation webinars are available through the Events Calendar
  • Some enrichment days or UFSC volunteers offer face-to-face training

  1. Complete the Centralized Banking Authorization Form
