About Cypress Hills Area
We are an Area of Girl Guides of Canada, Alberta Council, located in the southeast corner of Alberta. Our communities include Bassano, Brooks, Bow Island, Redcliff, Ralston, Dunmore, and Medicine Hat, as well as the neighbouring rural communities.
This site is meant to give potential members and the public a place to connect with their local Girl Guides. If you would like to join as an adult volunteer, please contact our office and we will put you in touch with a Guider in your neighbourhood. If you would like to register a girl member, please go to the Unit Finder on the Girl Guides of Canada webpage.
Trefoil Guild: Are you over the age of 30 and want to get together with other Guiding members for some adult time? Join the Trefoil Guild! They normally meet on the second Tuesday of the month in Medicine Hat..
Link Guild: All adult members between 18 and 30 years of age are welcome to join our local Link Unit. This is a great way to stay connected to the sisterhood of Guiding while you’re at school or supporting Guiding outside a unit.
