Rental Rates
The following rates apply to all Guiding groups:
- Day bookings: The is no cost to booking during the day
- Overnight bookings: $15/person/night + GST
General Amenities
- Indoor washrroms with flush toilets (wheelchair accessible), showers, sinks, soap and hand dryers
- Two shared kitchens with multiple fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc. among them (see information booklet for more information)
- Wi-Fi throughout the building
- Two projectors with large screens and multiple large television screens
- Clothing washer and dryer available

Please note that booking confirmation for equipment will depend on availability. Please submit the Equipment Request form to reserve equipment for your unit or event.

There is no cost for using this equipment.
Audio-Visual System
2 screens with overhead projectors. There is no cost for using this equipment.

There is no cost for using this equipment.
Booking terms and conditions
Payments and cancellations
Payment is due the first Friday after last day of booking. For cancellations, refunds or rescheduled bookings contact BC-PropertyBookings@girlguides.ca.
Please note that fees may apply to last minute booking changes and cancellations:
- If you cancel with 4 weeks or more notice, or if another group is able to take your reservation (even if it's just for one night), you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel one night or your entire stay at Guide House with less than 4 weeks' notice, we will implement a Cancellation Fee of 50% for the unused portion.
- If you cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the unused portion.
Conditions
Overnight rentals:
We would like to accommodate three (3) overnight groups at Guide House each night. Two groups may stay upstairs, and the third group will stay downstairs. All three groups can share Cascade as there are 2 fridges, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. However, one group may choose to use the kitchen downstairs, although there is no stove top in Skagit. If you plan to book all the rooms upstairs and downstairs, please send an email to the BC Guide House Liaison (bc-guidehouseliaison@girlguides.ca).
Since there is one projector in Rocky and one in Purcel, one group may not book both of these rooms. However, we have large screen TVs in several rooms, so you can watch movies using your computer.
Cypress may only be used for activities, and not for sleeping in. Beaver foot has a long boardroom table but can accommodate overnight stays.
