Coming soon - LEAP 2019

Girl Forum is making the LEAP! Members of our provincial Youth Forum are hard at work helping to design a logo and will soon be working on merchandise options for LEAP 2019. Youth Forum is also brainstorming their favourite ideas for Ranger-specific programming at the event. At Doe Lake, the possibilities are endless!
Note: This amazing opportunity is available to Guides born in 2009 through to Rangers born in 2001 (girls ages 10-17 in 2019). In other words, girls who are 9 years old to 17 years old by December 31, 2018 are eligible to attend LEAP. Rangers who are 18 years old at the time of camp can either attend as a participant or join in as adults, provided their adult membership screening is complete.

Event Registration Terms and Conditions


Payment

Unit Registration Payment: Units that wish to register for an event must pay using the centralized banking system. If there are insufficient funds in a unit's account to cover a deposit payment, the registration will be cancelled. If there are insufficient funds in a unit's account to cover a balance payment, the unit will be contacted and the registration may be cancelled. Payments via centralized banking do not take place automatically; please allow up to 5 days for processing.

Individual Registration Payment: If an event permits individual registration, payment by credit card is preferred (Visa/Mastercard).

Prepaid Cards: If the registration fee for an event has been paid with a prepaid Visa or MasterCard, you will need to retain the card for any future transactions.

Changing or cancelling your registration
To make an amendment to a registration that has already been submitted via the calendar, please complete this form.

Refunds
All requests for a refund must be submitted via this form. A refund, less the deposit (if applicable), will be issued up until 30 days prior to the event start date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. After this time no refunds will be provided without medical documentation, or if extenuating circumstances (e.g. death in the family) apply. Refunds are provided via the same method used to pay for the event. If an event is cancelled by the event planner, a full refund will be issued.

The refund policy is subject to change.

Waitlists
All requests to be placed on a waitlist must be submitted via this form. Requests will be processed in sequential order and in accordance with the number of spaces available. If you are contacted via email regarding available spaces, you have two business days to confirm whether or not you are interested. If no response has been received, the spots will be released to others on the waitlist. Please note that payment is required upon registration.

Registration deadlines
Event registration deadlines are included in each event’s posting on the calendar. No registrations will be accepted after the event’s registration deadline has passed.
