Registering as a unit

Pathfinder and Ranger units (including multi-branch, Trex, and Extra Ops) are invited to attend Career Compass. Pathfinders must be at least 14 years of age by the event’s start date to join.

Registering as a patrol unit

A Patrol is a group of Guiding members formed specifically to attend and participate in Career Compass. Members may come from different units; however, they will travel to and attend Career Compass together as a group for the duration of the event.

Each Patrol is led by Patrol Guiders. Members will communicate and meet, either in person or virtually, in advance of the event. During Career Compass, Patrol Guiders are responsible for overall supervision and support. Patrols will eat meals and share accommodations together. However, individual girl and youth members will attend sessions based on their interests and may not be with their Patrol at all times throughout the day.
