Transportation On-site parking available (more info on pricing available soon!) This event is also accessible by local transit.

*Ratio for Spark and Brownie units is 1 Guider for every 8 girls. We would like to offer the maximum number of spaces to girls.

Explore a future in STEM. Join us in the evening for an interactive panel discussion and workshop where you can ask questions and meet some remarkable women in STEM. There will even be a Q&A session with university representatives and a campus tour!

Volunteer opportunities

Want to help out and get some experience working with younger girls? We’re looking for enthusiastic and supportive volunteers who are excited about STEM and want to showcase all that Guiding has to offer. Ranger volunteer duties include helping with the delivery of activities and/or supporting groups as they explore fun STEM activities throughout the day. Lunch will be provided.

Where? University of Alberta in Edmonton.
When? Saturday, November 2 & Sunday, November 3 | 8:00 a.m.  – 3:15 p.m.
