SPECIAL NOTICE TO MEMBERS: Court application regarding camp properties

Book a Property

Units are welcome to book camp properties for events and unit camping. Members can choose from a variety of indoor and outdoor camp spaces, review property amenities and availability and book a camp property.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance programs are available to help families who require financial support for their child to engage in outdoor activities that take place outside of typical unit meetings. Learn more about  OEFA

Units are eligible to apply to receive subsidy funds per girl participant for a unit-led outdoor activity. Learn more about the Get ON Outdoors Subsidy.

GGCON's camping programs remain paused at this time.

For outdoor opportunities for girls, Guiders are encouraged to explore the fully serviced and DIY day and overnight options offered in the Outdoor Experiences program.

Camp Property Review

Over the past several years, Ontario Council has reviewed many options for the continued use of our camp properties. We have undertaken a review of every camp property to assess its value, the amount of capital work that needs to be undertaken, the ongoing deficit of each property and improvements that are required to meet legislative requirements.
