Please note that our office closes at 3 PM on Fridays in July and August and before long weekends and holidays.

Parking: There are three visitor parking spaces reserved for Girl Guides of Canada (GGC), Ontario Council visitors on the west side of the building. Additional visitor parking spaces (not reserved for Girl Guides) are available for a maximum of four hours. There are also pay-and-display lots at a few of the nearby buildings.
Public transit: The TTC 122 Graydon Hall bus serves Duncan Mill Rd.

Incident Reporting: If you are reporting an incident that occurred at your unit meeting, outing, or camp, please fill out an Incident Report ("INS.01") form found in Member Zone and send to incidents@girlguides.ca

Girl Protection: If you suspect abuse or observe an abusive situation, report it immediately to your local child protection agency or police.
Please fill out a Girl Protection Report ("GP.01" or "GP.02") found in Member Zone and send to incidents@girlguides.ca.

A team of adult members who support member questions and provide input into the budgeted projects of Ontario Council.

A team of adult members who support Unit Guiders locally.

Ontario and Nunavut Youth Forum

A team of girl members that are between 14-17 years old, that act as ambassadors in Ontario and may represent girl members in the media or at Guiding events.
