Incident Reporting

If you are reporting an incident that occurred at your unit meeting, outing, or camp, please fill out an Incident Report ("INS.01") form found on Member Zone and submit using the online Incident and Girl Protection Report submission form.

Girl Protection

If you suspect abuse or observe an abusive situation, report it immediately to your local child protection agency or police. Please fill out a Girl Protection Report ("GP.01" or "GP.02") found on Member Zone and submit using the online Incident and Girl Protection Report submission form. If you are seeking advice on a girl protection issue, please contact the Girl Protection Adviser at 1-833-433-0996 x6808.

Ontario Council is composed of 12-20 adult members elected to represent Guiding in Ontario and Nunavut.

Provincial Advisers

Ontario Provincial Advisers are a team of adult members who support member questions and provide input into the budgeted projects of Ontario Council.

Administrative Community Leaders (ACLs) and ACL Advisers

ACLs and ACL Advisers are a team of adult members who provide local support to Unit Guiders.

Ontario and Nunavut Youth Forum

Youth Forum are a team of youth members between 14 and 17 years old that act as ambassadors in Ontario and Nunavut and may represent girl/youth members in the media or at Guiding events.
