ANY Council is looking for three Adult Members to attend Illuminate 2024 in Newfoundland, from November 8-10, 2024.
Travel and registration expenses will be covered by ANY Council. This includes accommodations for November 8 and 9, as well as meals on November 9, and breakfast on November 10 (accommodations are based on double occupancy). The theme of Illuminate 2024 is "Guiding is Out of This World!".
We are sending one Adult member from each of Alberta, Northwest Territories and the Yukon.

Awards Lead: ANY Council is looking for an Awards Lead to promote and administer recognition and awards for Alberta Council, including Alberta, Northwest Territories and Yukon. If this sounds like something that might interest you, apply now!
FR.1 Approvers
FR.1 Approvers: Join our provincial team as a Fundraising Approver! We need four skilled individuals who excel at applying Fundraising Procedures and Guidelines, coaching Guiders through procedures, reading trip budgets and administering requests, approvals, and summary reports.
Girl Engagement Coordionator
Girl Engagement Coordinator: Does your passion lie in camping, program and international? Want to help support the three advisers as they develop and create awesome opportunities for members in ANY Council? The Girl Engagement Coordinator helps with the planning and oversight of these three committees and supports their voice at provincial council meetings.
Program Adviser
Program Adviser: Does your passion lie in supporting the current program but you also have that idea burning a hole in your brain of a new challenge you would like to create?
Risk and Compliance Coordinator
Risk and Compliance Coordinator: This role is to identify and mitigate exposure to risk. Working closely with the PC, the Safe Guide Advisers and others to ensure the safety of our members.
Safe Guide Adviser
Safe Guide Adviser: Do you know the Safe Guide inside and out? Do you want to help support the assessors in ensuring our members get out with their yellow and red activities as often and as safely as possible?
Trip Financial Reviewer
Trip Financial Reviewer: With a team, review and assess the financial viability of trips (domestics & International) according to GGC fundraising policies, procedures, guidelines and the criteria set in the ANY Council Trip Financial Guidelines documents. Youth Forum Coordinator
Youth Forum Coordinator: Do you have a passion to grow our youth member's voice on Provincial Council? Do you enjoy a variety of tasks and projects involving a group of 15–17-year-olds while helping to grow their skills and ensure that everything ANY Council does keeps the girl at the centre? This a co-position with a strong team already in place for you to jump into.
