Guiding Mosaic 2016 will be held from Saturday July 9 to Sunday, July 17 at Camp Woods in Alberta. This is the 13th Girl Guides of Canada national camp to be held since 1927 and will celebrate Guiding and the tradition of camping within our organization. National camp is a unique and exciting opportunity that is open to members of Girl Guides of Canada and to the 145 countries who are members of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
Camp Woods is a 42.5 hectares camp site in scenic Alberta on freshwater Sylvan Lake. The waterfront offers excellent opportunities for swimming and water activities, including canoeing, kayaking, and sailing. The surrounding area boasts many possibilities for offsite excursions to experience Canadian heritage.

In order to register your patrol, you have to complete the following steps:
- Complete the Confirmation of Patrol Size form and send it to your Provincial Liaison. She then ensures each patrol has met the minimum of 8 girls, ratio has been met (up to 14 girls/ 2 Patrol Guiders) and that all iMIS numbers and birthdates (based on the branch) are correct.
- Once your patrol information has been confirmed by your Provincial Liaison it will be sent on to "Camp Brain".
- The GM2016 Camp Office will then invite your patrol to register, sending you all the information and the registration link required to move forward. The registration link will not be sent to Patrol Guiders if the patrol does not meet the requirements.
