Q. What is Member Zone?
A. Member Zone is a portal for adult members of GGC. It is password protected site where adult members can access Guiding resources, unit rosters and membership profile information.

Q. Who can access Member Zone?
Active adult members can access Member Zone using the member (iMIS) number found on their membership card.

Q. Can volunteer applicants access Member Zone?
A. An applicant who has started the screening process as potential member can access the Member Zone. However, a potential member must have completed certain requirements (e.g., valid PRC, reference checks, etc.) to be able to view roster reports.

Member Account and Sign-In

Q. How do I sign-in?
A. You sign-in with your member (or iMIS) ID found on your membership card as username. If you are not sure about your username or password, use the Forgot My Username or Forgot My Password link to request for it.

Q. I’m a new user, how do I sign-in?
A. If you’re a new member or have never used Member Zone before, click on the First time users – activate your account on the sign-in page and enter your member ID to activate your account.

Q. I haven’t received the password or username email, how long should I wait?
The email for password or username is sent right after submitting a request. Check the spam or junk folder in your email account.

Q. I haven’t received the password-reset or the username email, I’ve checked may spam/junk folder. What should I do?
A. To ensure email delivery, add the email donotreply@girlguides(dot)ca to your address book before you make a password or username request.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. There are two ways to change your password. On the sign-in page you can use the Forgot my password link to request a password reset email or if you are able to login to Member Zone, you will find the change password option under My Profile section in the tab called About me.

Q. Can I use the same login account in other GGC websites?
A. Yes, the new Member Zone, Cookie Ordering and Cookie All Stars websites use the same login account.

Q. I'm an iMIS staff user, how should I login?
A. For iMIS staff users or Provincial Administrators who access iMIS Desktop to update member records, you should login with your iMIS username credentials not your ID number.
