From May 22–24, 2026, youth ages 16–19 from across Canada will gather in Toronto for Career Compass – an exciting weekend to build career confidence, explore post-secondary pathways and connect with a powerful Girl Guide network of youth and mentors. Whether you're thinking about university, college, starting a career or still figuring it out – Career Compass is for you.

Who can apply to attend Career Compass?

Any members ages 16-19 can apply – whether you’re in Rangers, Link or a bridging member.

What does this event cost?

There’ll be a $450 registration fee. This covers:

  • Two nights of accommodation (Friday and Saturday)
  • Meals on Saturday and Sunday
  • Snacks all weekend
  • All conference sessions
  • A fun gala evening

Travel to and from Toronto is not included and will cost extra, depending on where you're coming from.

You’re encouraged to fundraise to help pay for the cost – please follow GGC’s fundraising rules, which will be shared in advance. There may also be subsidies available from your provincial council. We’ll share more details about that soon.
