Welcome to your Guiding adventure!
Thank you for registering. We hope she enjoys the fun times ahead!
Our volunteers and staff work hard to finalize details for each unit. A leader should be in touch before your first meeting. As we lead up to the start of the Guiding year in September, meeting details are tentative, and some start dates may be TBD.
To check your unit’s meeting details (e.g. start date), log in to your parent account dashboard here.
If your start date is not posted by mid-September, please contact us at info@girlguides.ca or 1-877-564-6188 for more information.
If you registered a girl after her group’s start date, she can start attending right away.

What she can expect
Whether she loves art, sciences, the outdoors or DIY projects, she can discover whatever it is that sounds fun to her alongside new friends at Girl Guides.
In a place with girls her own age, supported by caring adult volunteers, she can build confidence through hands-on activities designed just for her, connect through fun and games, have new experiences outdoors, and get involved in community projects to make a difference.
Ready for the fun to begin?
Our program platform is an online activity library where she can explore all kinds of fun activities to try with her unit. She can also take a peek at upcoming meeting plans, and when she starts earning badges and awards, you’ll find those here too!
If you are a new member or returning to Guiding for the 2023-2024 Guiding year, your program platform access will begin on September 1. Use her membership (iMIS) ID number to create an account.

Get your Guiding gear
We have two options for our official uniform: a fitted T-shirt and a relaxed-fit, long-sleeved tunic. Both are made from a soft and comfy material. Girls can wear whatever pants or bottoms they want and also have the choice of wearing an optional badge sash and scarf if they would like to.
