Steps to complete a nomination: Step 1: Go to Ontario Council’s online award nomination site and: - Create a user account (if you have not done so already) - Log in Step 2: - Complete the Fluid Review application - Upload (in word format) two supporting nomination letters and the Award Nomination Application. Step 3: Your award application will be reviewed by the Awards Review Specialty Community volunteers, the Provincial Commissioner. Step 4: An email will be sent to you once your award has been approved. Step 5: Upon approval of the award, a presentation package, including a pin purchased by Ontario Council, will be mailed to the nominator.
