Camp Peaceful Waters

Québec Girl Guides gather at Camp Peaceful Waters for fun, friendship and growth.

We acknowledge that this land where we meet has been inhabited by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial and that it is the traditional First Nation community of the Mohawks of Kanesatake and the unceded territory of the Omàmìwininìwag (Oh-ma-my-win-in-i-wag) (Algonquin) and the Anishinabewaki (An-ish-e-wa-bewaki). We recognize and deeply appreciate their connection to this beautiful property.

We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to gather, camp, learn and have fun on this land which has created memories, friendships, taught us life skills and given us opportunities to grow.

We honour the responsibility bestowed on us for stewardship of this land.
