Please read all the important event details below, before submitting your application.

Application Details

• Who: Guiders will be selected - preference will be given to those with camping and travel experience.
• Cost:$6750 per patrol of eight (8) girls two (2) Guiders (tax included)
• $843.75 per youth
• Included: Transportation between Montreal area and camp, lodging, food, programming, out trips, and crests.
• Not included: Travel to and from Montreal, insurance, personal expenses, and optional pre/post camp activities.
• Transportation: You will be responsible for paying for travel to and from Quebec, and meals en route.

Please have the following information ready when completing your application:

• Girl Guide Camping Record (dates, location, and type of camping you've done in the last 3-5 years)
• Your Swim and Boat test status in iMIS
• Your Photo/Image Release status in iMIS

Application Deadline is April 30, 2025.

Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

You will be notified via email if you have been selected by May 12, 2025.

Qualifications

• Capable of enduring and participating in physical activities
• Six (6) consecutive or non-consecutive nights of Girl Guide camping (minimum of two nights in a row)
• Ability to adapt and work co-operatively
• Ability to cope with and participate in daily camp activities
• Completed swim or boat test record in iMIS by June 30, 2025
