Guiding Granny Outdoor Activity Challenge
Members must complete the appropriate number of challenges for their branch. The challenges can be done with a unit, group, or individually.
- Sparks (8)
- Embers (10)
- Guides (15)
- Pathfinders, Rangers, Bridging members and any adult member not registered in a unit (20)
- Guiders in units are challenged to do the same number as their girls, plus 1, to a maximum of 20
Each year, the area with the highest percentage of members completing this challenge will be awarded the Guiding Granny’s Outdoor Activity Challenge plaque at the NL Provincial Council year-end meeting and celebration.
To enter the Area Challenge, members must complete the Entry Form for Area Challenge and enter the Guider’s name and email address, the unit, district and area name, and the number of members completing the challenge.
The area challenge form closes on April 15.
